On-Site Assisted Installation:

We will assist you on-site in setting up your entire system. We do not provide any material, ladders or climbers.

This service is provided at a low rate of $30.00/per unit and $.35/mile travel.

Full Professional Installation:

We will set up your entire system, including researching an Internet service provider and co-coordinating the installation of the service. We will then come out and physically install the system. This includes a general Site Survey, Design/Layout/Drawings and all mounting hardware and materials.   Please note:  We do not do electrical work. All electrical service will need to be in place for the repeaters.

We will provide a "training session" for your Management/Employees and verify that the system is operating correctly.

This service is only provided with a CareFree quote. Because each property is unique and we have experience with many installations, we can tell you exactly what your cost will be.

CFW Full Support
Services

All CheckBox systems come with a 1 year hardware warranty* from date of installation, and 1 year Site Support.

Site Support (1 year warranty):

Site support will assist you with setup, configuration, administration and hardware issues.

This warranty service is offered to the property owner, their employees or agents via telephone (during business hours) and includes repair or replacement of failed hardware.

This warranty service does not include supporting guests/end-users.


Optional Support Services:

Site Monitoring:
Continuous monitoring of your CheckBox system via our 24-hour support center plus an extended hardware warranty.

Guest Support:
Ideal for hotels, Marinas, Campgrounds, Campuses etc.

* This warranty covers Master and Repeater units used in their intended roles. Performance is not guaranteed with use of external antennas or other add-on devices. Warranty void if, in our opinion, third party accessories or improper use causes damage to the units.

Site Monitoring is a service providing continuous monitoring of your CheckBox system via our 24-hour support center. Site monitoring will automatically attempt to correct any problems that arise. If these problems cannot be resolved by our support center staff, a telephone or e-mail message will be sent to let you know that there is an issue.

Site Monitoring also provides a convenient backend portal for you to access your site via a web browser without using an IP address; you simply enter "support.ganleysystems.com" using your site ID number and password. From your customized portal you can access management screens, print tickets, see statistics on site usage and uptimes, and update contact information for support notification of system issues.

Properties, on Site Monitoring, also receive on-going Site Support including telephone (business hours) and e-mail support for site Management and it's employees or agents.

Systems covered by Site Monitoring automatically receive an extended hardware warranty. If a master or repeater unit suffers a failure that cannot be corrected while that unit is covered by the Site Monitoring Service, it will be replaced at no charge.

Guest Support
Services

Guest Support Highlights

Guest Support is provided 24/7 by professional support staff at our dedicated support number (866-4EZ-WiFi.)

Support staff are available to assist guest and end-users with connection to the wireless service, configuring their wireless settings and logging on.

Support staff have instant, real-time access to systems, can perform diagnostics, and when appropriate restart networks and alert property owners to issues, as well as escalating critical system issues to advanced technical support.

Guest Support also provides tracking of guest support calls, and can provide monthly reports of support usage on a per property basis.

Guest Support is priced on a per-room/per-campsite/per-boat-slip basis for $1.50 per room/site/slip per month. There is a registration and setup fee of $125. Guest Support requires that the site is also subscribed to Site Monitoring.

If a facility is seasonal and closes for part of the year, Guest Support service may be suspended and reinstated for a $125 fee.

Customizing/Advertising:
We will customize your system using your graphics, logos and content. If you need we can design and produce them for you. (Sample screens) We can also setup redirects to your own Web Site (or any web site) at any point in the logon sequence.

We offer this service at $40.00/hour. A standard job will take 1 - 2hr.   We do not need to be on-site to provide this service.

We offer free (2hr.) customizing with our Full Professional Installation package.

Don't have a company Web Site?  Do you want one?   We will Design/build your new Web Site, register your domain (yourname.com) and host it on our server.

This service starts at $350.00.
